Following are the "Four Core Questions" to answer for a start-up or for any company for that matter ... (The honest answers to these questions are typically named as, Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Strategy...):
1. Why our company should exist ...?
(What is the prime purpose, i.e. mission for us, i.e. the company to exist in this world..?)
2. Where do we want to go in next 5 years ? 10 years ?
(How clearly do we envision ourselves in a foreseeable time horizon...??)
3. What are the most important things to us ...?
(What are the core values, which we would never compromise or trade off ...??)
4. What are our Game Plans to realize our Vision...?
(What will be our strategies in this ever changing world to reach our targets ...??)
