| TRAP |
We the FTFLs should aware about unintentional keeping our legs in trap forgetting that we are not opposed, rather complement. We area comrade of the same battle (global IT/ITES industries). Why are we narrowing down our mission in getting marks only? Our life is not confined with any particular step; we will go a long way by keeping our hands on hands.
Why personally we want to remain in top “5” only???!!!
If personally anyone be the topper and keep no relation with
rest he will never be the most successful one in the long run. On the other
hand, if rest makes co-operation they will more successful. We should think
more positively. We should think like that “Who gets the highest marks is not a
matter because he is our part.”
Strong associations persist the doors and
windows broad open. Abundance of air is flowing and no one feels trapped.
Relationships increase in this kind of free situation. You can come and go as
you please, but you choose to stay because where you are is where you want to
be.
We had played several games (in soft skill class) where we
saw that team success is more important than individual marks. But as a human
nature we forget that and want to show individual performance by keeping down
others.
Sometimes circumstance brings us in trap like teacher tells
us “search the wrongs of your fellow mates.” And we go for searching
the mistake to keep him down and upper us but we forget the down person will
drag us to him. If we find any mistake of other we should tell him personally
for correction not to teachers for marks reduction. We should learn from this
and not make further same mistake in professional life.
Let’s not in same trap again:
If someone makes you feel negative, like a
friend, tell whoever it is in a nice way how you feel. Try to fix the problem. Please don’t attack and criticize anyone personally.
It makes conflict between fellow mates which may affect in professional life.
Please don’t try to show yourself as a superior one because it hits others ego.

DeleteWonderful Explanation ! Yes indeed , we would compete with each other but not without acknowledging each other's efforts . Yes we are FTFLs. We would take the upcoming challenges of global IT/ITES industry but is it really possible to become a successful leader by refusing to take others help? No, this ain't going to happen!. We are leaders and we have to help each other through sharing knowledge and acknowledging each other. In this way, we would boost our knowledge and ready to overcome any challenges :)

Thank you for your comment vaia.We are ready for global competition not with our comrade.If we think about competition among us, it will create conflict and we will not be enough strong to compete in global contest.
